Concrete Patios in Spokane, WA

Cracked, settling or sloping patios get torn out and replaced properly.

Patios fail for the same reasons driveways do — the slab was poured on ground that was not prepared, or it was never reinforced. We break up the old patio, haul it away, lay rebar, and pour and finish the new one.

A patio replacement is usually a short job. Tear-out, prep and pour are typically spread across a few days, and we will tell you the schedule when we quote it rather than after we start.

We work throughout Spokane, WA and the surrounding communities, and the owner is on site for the work.

Patios: Common Questions

How long does a patio replacement take?
A residential patio replacement is usually a short job — tear-out, prep and pour typically spread over a few days, then curing time before use. The schedule is given when the job is quoted.
Do you lay rebar in a new patio?
Yes. Reinforcement is part of the work — the old patio is broken up and hauled away, rebar is laid, and the new slab is poured and finished. Patios that were never reinforced are among the most common ones we end up replacing.
Will my plants and lawn be damaged?
Patio work happens close to lawns, beds and mature plantings. Where equipment has to cross grass we plank it, and the site is cleaned up as the work goes rather than only at the end.
